Our Story

KC's Hot Pot is a mobile food service specializing in delicious home-cooked cuisine from the island of Jamaica. Our savory spices combined with expert cooking techniques, make for exquisite dining.

 

 

Since 2019

​

Kimberly and Chafian, both natives of Jamaica, have been cooking since the age of 12. They obtained their cooking skills and experience from a host of relatives within their respective families.

 

​After years of hosting various events and receiving the utmost praise for their culinary skills, Kimberly and Chafian decided to open KC's Hot Pot in 2019.
